With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, I’ve partnered with professionals across industries, from technology and SaaS to professional services, airlines, sports, public sector and hospitality.
Since launching my coaching practice in 2009, I’ve supported clients at every stage of their career journey, from finding clarity and confidence in their next step to thriving in senior leadership roles. My work spans both private clients and internal coaching engagements, backed by over 1,000 hours of hands-on coaching experience.
I hold a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Coaching Studies) and currently advancing toward the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation.
Coaching sessions are available in English, Portuguese and Spanish, helping clients connect, reflect and grow in the language they feel most confident.
